The site offers a conversational assistant (bubble at the bottom of the page) that automatically answers questions about the service. Its replies are generated by a language model provided by Anthropic and have no contractual value: only the prices, the Terms and Conditions of Sale and HorlogeTV's written replies are binding. Messages typed into the assistant are sent to that provider to produce the reply; do not enter personal or confidential data. Details are given in the privacy policy.
The HorlogeTV website only uses session cookies required for the service to work (authentication, preferences). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. For more information, see our privacy policy.
HorlogeTV is a subscription-based software service: a Windows application, supplied with the subscription and downloaded from the customer area, to be installed on a mini PC, desktop PC or laptop meeting the required specifications, connected to HorlogeTV's servers for the licence, themes and updates. The Customer provides their own hardware. The recommended setup is a Windows computer, mini PC or ordinary PC (dual-channel memory, Intel Iris Xe or integrated AMD Radeon graphics), connected via HDMI to a portrait LCD screen, Full HD or 4K, in portrait format (9:16). The HorlogeTV Desktop application (Electron) is supplied with the subscription, downloaded from the customer area (horlogetv.com/client) and installed on the Customer's computer. Using the service requires:
HorlogeTV does not sell hardware; the Customer provides their own computer and screen. HorlogeTV requires an LCD screen; OLED panels are not supported. Burn-in protections are enabled by default in the application and their deactivation by the Customer is logged. The screen usage conditions and the allocation of responsibilities are described in article 3 bis "Screen and continuous display" of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer undertakes to check the compatibility of their hardware and internet connection before any use.
